GENERAL TERMS:
All products sold by Fantasy Figurines are brand new and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Fantasy Figurines within 24 hours. All packages will be shipped the following business day. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from Fantasy Figurines acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

PURCHASE CONDITIONS:
Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AU). Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
All goods are to be shipped using Fantasy Figurines ¿ preferred shipping method, Australia Post and in New Zealand, NZ Post. Should you wish to have your goods dispatched in a different manner please indicate this in the comments section during your check out process. Please be aware that using couriers other than AUS Post/NZ Post will result in additional charges and may result in your order being delayed.

Our products include hand-made glass ornaments, ceramic mugs, resin figurines and other fragile items. Whilst every effort is made to safely and securely package your goods, breakages may still occur due to the nature of the products that we sell. In the event that you receive goods in an unsatisfactory condition please kindly notify us by phone on 613 9754 5321 or by email at info@fantasyfigurines.com.au within seven (7) days or Fantasy Figurines shall be released from any such claims.

Please provide a physical delivery address as we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. The free delivery charge quoted in our shopping cart section applies only to orders shipped within Australia and New Zealand. If you are unavailable at the time your delivery is made, AUS Post/NZ Post will leave a delivery note in your letterbox to enable pickup from their closest depot. Fantasy Figurines is not responsible for any delays encountered between initial delivery and pickup.

Overseas buyers will find applicable delivery charges in the Shipping Calculator at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Please note that no goods are to be returned to us without prior authorisation by Fantasy Figurines. Any agreed returns must be in the same condition as supplied and in the packaging as supplied. All agreed returns are at Fantasy Figurines ¿ discretion, and shall be subject to a 15% restocking charge, once again at Fantasy Figurines ¿ discretion.

Items may be returned for replacement only. Defective return does not include returns for incompatibility.

Fantasy Figurines reserves the right to replace defective items or to issue a refund at its own discretion. All refunds after one week from the time item is received will be of the original value or the current market price, whichever is less. There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances.

All products, unless otherwise stated, are covered by their respective manufacturer ¿s warranties. Within thirty (30) days, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer ¿s warranty process must be followed.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover: installation or service of product; conditions resulting from consumer mishandling such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration; all plastic surfaces and all other exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use; products which have had the serial number removed or made illegible; products rented to others.

PAYMENT:
You can pay with Pay Pal using our regular check out system. Add items to your cart as you would for a credit card order. Enter your Shipping information in checkout and choose the Pay Pal option on the billing page. This will bring you to the Pay Pal website to complete your payment.

SALES TAX & GST:
Due to our location we are required to collect 10% GST (sales tax) for items shipped within Australia and New Zealand.
